I totally disagree with gigi's post, I have been taking my children to Dr. Shaw for 7 years now and I couldn't be happier with his bedside manor. He has been spot on with his diagnoses of all 3 of my children and has gone out of his way to be good to them. He always gives us things like vitamins and children's Tylenol and Motrin in case of fevers because he knew that we were struggling economically. He always gave us Pedialyte as well.
I have been to this facility 1000 times over the years and I have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to have my children seen, unlike many other places which I won't name that leave us sitting in the waiting room an hour or more past the appointment time, furthermore I never really even have to make an appointment as he will see us whenever we come in. The office visits are $45 and that also is very good when you have to see someone and you don't have insurance. Here is one better for you, not only is the office newly remodeled there is an on-site dentist and a pharmacy in house.
So here is a typical appointment, you walk in at 1pm and by 1:20 you have prescriptions in hand and are ready to walk out the door. No extra trips to Walgreens or CVS you take your medicine and go home.
I wish all doctors and clinics were set up this well.
