  This review is specifically being posted because of Juan. We were anxious to move out of this storage as the rates kept going sky high, although we had been customers for 10 years. Juan helped us close out the account & it was my first encounter with him. His customer service was impeccable and he was very kind & always had a friendly smile. No issues with vlose out, very good experience. If you decide to get a unit here definitely work with Juan!! ????????????????

  It's time to finally leave a well deserve review. We've had a unit here for years now. Over the years, we have slowly been upgrading (increasing) the size of our unit. I have ZERO complain about this place. Everyone there are super helpful and nice. The facility itself is always clean. You always see someone cleaning. Just this weekend we did another upgrade and let me tell you that Juan's customer service is top-notch. He was super nice and accommodating. Price is worth it for what you get. Safe area (right beside the fire station), clean, and affordable.

  I now have 37 units for the company I work for. Extra Space has been great helping me out with our temporary storage needs. Juan has been great with this location. Thanks!

  Great facility, clean and affordable. Locks are up to date and units look as if they are all new. Juan was incredibly helpful in answering questions for future plans and helping me to understand the contract and how everything works. He also provided help in saving me money too!
  
  I also like that the rental office is not connected to the actual storage area. This allows for a much better and more secure area.
