I'm kind of new here, since 2014, and I appreciated the suggestion of a friend to try this group to buy a home for myself and my family. As I lived with relatives for a while, being in the healthcare industry can take a toll on you. But buying a home can be more stressful. I didn't need that headache.
I was so incredibly relieved that the process wasn't such a headache! Given the time to peruse affordable homes after I received my pre-qualification last year, the list I got was tailor-made to my specifications. It was a very short list of five homes and I eventually fell in love with an older home that was quite charming. Not completely ideal but the neighbors are nice and the community HOA was helpful.
I would like to thank The Lux Group for helping me find my first home - at least for now. ;-)
This is a great location in a well maintained development. Although it is convenient to LA, it is in a very quiet area. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The food and the amenities are superior. I would use this again.
I just have to say that the Lux Group has to be one of the greatest real estate companies I have had the pleasure to do business with with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and really helpful. I have been working with them to find a rental for my upcoming move, and let me tell you as soon as I am ready to purchase, they will be the company I choose for that as well.
