  Great workout! Maxfit comes with the right motivation and energy and provides great personal workout tips so you can maximize your gains. I definitely recommend him to any person serious about losing weight or an athlete who is training to get to the next level!

  While camping had pulled/strained my back and was trying to stretch it out. Was very fortunate to have Joseph as a neighbor at the camp site. He saw that my husband was getting it all wrong helping me stretch and offer to help right away.
  
  Were we glad he was there... god sent I would say . He was extremely helpful and trained our camp on anatomy and general fitness while helping me out. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely professional while going out of the way to take time and fix my strained back while he was camping with his family.

  An awesome personal trainer and extremely knowledgeable about the nutrition side too. Schedule flexibility has always been a big problem for me so Mr. MaxFit created a custom workout schedule for me. Best personal trainer in Prince George's county!

  We live in Upper Marlboro Maryland in the DMV. Our daughter is a nationally ranked competitive swimmer and she was suffering from tendinitis in her shoulder. Joseph worked with her to strengthen her muscles and improve her flexibility while giving excellent advice on how to both heal from and prevent future injury. He is by far the best coach and personal trainer we’ve ever worked with - and we’ve worked with a lot. Highly recommend MaxFit!

  The best personal trainer I have had to work with. Mr MaxFit is friendly and knows his stuff. The best decision I ever made to work with Coach K as my personal fitness trainer.
