  I have been a member for several years. The facility is clean and never too crowded. The atmosphere is comfortable for people of all ages and abilities, without the preening peacocks you see at Gold's or LA Fitness.

  Staff is very friendly and the gym has everything you need. It’s small but it’s never crowded and I always have space to do whatever workout. I enjoy going to this gym more than when I went to Golds.

  Love this gym. It is quiet and hardly crowded. People clean up after themselves. Owners are nice and there daily. Lockers and dressing areas. Small bathroom. They have classes. Only thing is they do not have free wifi or shower facilities but as this is a local gym and near home don't need them. I've been a member for around 2 years
