The studio is always bright, clean and warm. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable and classes are tough but rewarding.

LSF Pilates is a special studio. Each instructor gives hands on, attentive instruction. I have found that not all studios focus on form and correction but LSF does. Plus the instructors are innovative and challenging during each class. I find that owner Liz McKee, in particular, is very skilled and helpful when working with injuries or specific goals. For example, Liz knows how to train for golf, tennis or work to heal chronic issues from other sports. Highly recommend.

Liz helps me be the best I can be physically. She cares about each session and I always leave feeling pleased with the results. She has a wonderful sense for the direction in which to lead each session. LSF is top-notch!

LSF Pilates is the best there is. I left getting in shape for my wedding until the very last minute, and Liz was able to help me look my best in no time at all. Liz’s classes are small, so each person receives special attention and instruction. Liz pays very close attention to your form, and corrects you as needed which ensures that you not only get optimal results, but you also avoid injury. Liz’s studio is bright and clean. LSF Pilates is my favorite place to work out on the main line!

LSF is my favorite place to go. Liz is truly a great instructor. Every class feels like a private lesson. She knows how to push you without going beyond your boundaries. Her knowledge of the body coupled with her Pilates expertise will have you feeling great and improving every visit. She is patient and professional, which is great if you might not be up to speed with everyone in the class!!! You need to give LSF a try, it's the best Pilates on the main line.
