  Had work done on our house shortly after we bought it and the original contractor failed to water proof one of the exterior walls. As a result, we came home from vacation one day to find our wood floors discoloring and buckling. Alarmed, we called Water Damage Zone and Elan, the owner, came out in less than 24 hours to look over the damage and test for mold. When it came back positive he was able to send a team out quickly, finishing the work in about a week. After that, Elan worked with me to arrange for all of the repairs under Best American Builders, which were done amazingly, leaving the house water tight and looking brand new. Would highly recommend Water Damage Zone & Restoration as Elan is extremely helpful in helping you understand the scope of what is needed and the process and the work they do is top notch. Thank you, all you guys.
