  This school is great...and it really is a school, not just an expensive babysitting option. The teachers challenge the kids and my oldest comes home happy and excited about what she learned. Perhaps most importantly, she comes home exhausted. The teachers and directors seem to be genuinely happy to be there and love what they do. It really translates to the overall environment and positive learning experience. My youngest is in the infant room and is well taken care of. The infant room, much like the rest of the school, is clean and each kid receives plenty of attention. There is never a worry. It's just a very well run school and we are thrilled to have our kids there. Good work, everyone!

  Teachers (Mrs Meghan, Mr. Chris, Mr. Zack, Mrs. Robin) and management (Alyssa and Ashley) are amazing! Kind, patient, concerned and genuine.

  My two girls have attended this Malvern school for 2+ years. I can't say enough positive things about the staff, facility, and overall program. It is absolutely top notch! One of my daughters developed special needs while attending the school and the staff has been so wonderful and willing to provide her with the additional attention she needs to meet her daily needs physically and emotionally. We adore our daughters teachers and are confident our girls are in good hands every day.

  I searched for a pre-K program and daycare after my daughter's previous daycare closed. I did quite a bit of research and visiting before choosing The Malvern School in KOP. It has now been 4 months, and I cannot be happier with my choice.
  
  First, the facility. Open, airy, cheery, kid-centered, windows into every room from the hall (including the admin office. Very nice outside area. They have different outside play areas for the different age groups, which is different from my last daycare. They have a "common" area for the older kids (also one downstairs for the little kids) with tons of toys, computers, crafts, books, etc. This leaves the classrooms for learning and focused organized activities.
  
  Second, the curriculum. I visited this school 3 times during the morning, and the morning pre-school time is structured and focused. The afternoon (including rest time) is a bit more play and free time from my understanding. I am very impressed with hearing from my child each day what she has learned. I feel this program will prepare her well for kindergarten next year.
  
  Third, communication. Excellent! I get a personalized email at the end of every day outlining the curriculum for the day as well as what my child did for lunch and nap. Also, the teachers and admin are very available to speak to.
  
  Fourth, the teachers. All are highly qualified, but more importantly, seem to really love their jobs.
  
  A special note on their "summer camp." Wow, it really did have a camp-like feel. A different field trip (off campus) each week plus swim lessons (these are only for the older kids), plus special events for the whole school, including a different visiting activity every week. We had a great summer there.
  
  Another note on cost. I think this is very competitively priced. All the daycares in the area (Mainline/Western Suburbs) are about the same, but for the value, I think this place exceeds the others, many of which are $50 or so more a month.
  
  The ONLY downside is getting there -- turning into the lot takes a while, and exiting the same. But really, this is a minor complaint compared to all the great points.
  
  Highly recommend.

  My daughter goes to Malvern from an age of 10 weeks .. And I should also start that this is my first kid and my husband works out of town. The teachers at Malvern school Infant room were so helpful and gentle and kind.. my LO had a home away frm home. Whn she moved gradually to first steps/Young Toddlers/Older toddlers it was same experience. I was amazed by the scientific way they choose to teach these kids variety of things. how to use spoon and fork..point at things they undersatnd.. mu daughter can communicate amost everything .. whether she can say it or not...The teachers encourage teamworrk, work on their teaming skills, sharing skills as well as never loose sight of the "independence" the baby should build on... extremely good and extremely caring. At the end of every day the detailed report card shown what all she did and what all I can do at home to help her. I have already recommeded this school to some of my collegues and they love it there too... So if you are looking a care center for you infacnt, toddler, PreK kid... you know where to go... there location is also very convinient...
