  I went to Rothman, Blue Bell to pick up my new DonJoy knee brace which I use for sports. They had the brace there for me but unfortunately, my insurance company was not going to cover it and it would have cost over $1000 out of pocket (what exactly DOES my insurance cover anyway?). Brittany in the Orthotics department was so bright and creative in her approach to this problem. She had the integrity to tell me I could get the same brace for half the price if I went through my first tier network, even though they had not prescribed it. Insurance these days is a true labyrinth which Brittany helped me to navigate and save over $500 on my new brace. She goes above and beyond -feel confident if you go to her for any orthotic needs. She will go the distance for the patient. Also, thank goodness you can see Rothman staff in the suburbs now-free, easy parking. A very civilized experience and a beautiful facility. Even though I could not get my new brace today, at least I did not pay $20 to park and find that out in the city.

  Nice looking waiting area. Receptionist is friendly. Plenty of parking, close to building. Experience at Rothman was actually really good so far. Better than other facilities.
