  Great price and ammenities in the complex. Staff go out of the way to accommodate your needs to be professional and make everyone feel like family. This is more than just an apartment complex it's a home.

  Been a resident here for a few months now and I say this place is great. Maintenance is quick to help fix anything you need done. All staff in Maintenance are great, nice, upbeat, and happy to help. The office staff are always here to help and are great as well. Thank you so much for making my living here a blessing.   I've been a resident for the last 7 years and I am very satisfied with the living conditions at The Landings. They provide an on site gym open 24h, tennis courts and a swimming pool. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Joe is the best handyman.He goes above and beyond to solve any maintenance problem that may occur. I love the open space and the skylight windows in our apartment. On top of that they organize awesome community events like healthy living or Zumba classes.

  Been a resident for 3 years. You just can't get better value for everything that's included here. It's a great location, close to everything! The grounds are well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It's a quiet community and the neighbors are always greeting one another. There is a swimming pool (during summer) which is well maintained and clean. I also like the fact there's a gated dog park so you can let your dog run around. Management provides fun resident activities at times where they'll have fun events & contests! Today they had a free breakfast for residents. All in all, if you're looking for a safe, friendly, & clean place to hang your hat that's close to the ocean and access to roadways are less than 5 minutes away, then The Landings are right for you.

  If you're looking for a nice apartment with great amenities, this is it. The leasing staff is amazing and super helpful. The property managers are incredibly helpful and ALWAYS take care of anything I need right away. They explain everything throughout the leasing process in detail making renters super confident. Maintenance staff is above and beyond. They're super trustworthy and they become friends very quickly. The ONLY thing I could ask for is a weight set in the gym. Reasonably priced, spacious units, dog friendly, and a cozy array of amenities. Definitely the place to be!
