  An older adult group took a trip thereto learn about natural cooking. It was an amazing class. The doctor there was thorough and had great wellness tips. It's a little far from where I live, but I'd like to go back there.

  "I came to Dr. Shekhar because I needed to have a cleanse after giving birth and breast feeding. I had done 3 pancha karmas before (including two in Inida). I found him to be very open and clear about his program. I never done ayurvedic massage from a man before, but felt very comfortable and safe. I think his diagnosis of my imbalance was correct and the herbs provided helped me clear some blocks. I felt very rejuvenated after the treatment. I would recommend Dr. Shekhar! - AT - Maryland"
