  Can’t say enough about the help and service I receive from Nexel. Previously I was a patient with another very well known hormone replacement therapy clinic and I feel I’m getting a much better treatment protocol along with more expert help and personal care with Nexel. And in terms of patient care and service, my advisor always seems to understand exactly what I need or need to do. And if I am leaving a message I can barely hang up the phone when the return call is there, like less than a minute, never more! That gives you a real feeling of confidence when you are needing this kind of medical treatment.

  After spending many hours doing research and looking for a company that could meet my needs with anti-aging protocols I found Nexel after a brief information exchange and a medical history background info servey , I was contracted by Michael Zander by email and was given his contract info we exchanged a few text and he explained he was my clinical advisor and was here for me 24/7 to discuss how he could help advise me how to meet my health needs . I found Michael to REALLY BE ABLE TO ME 24/7. After setting up the proper medical test for me Michael has been a great source of info and help, be walked me through the whole process explaining in detail every step and staying in constant contact to make sure everything was moving on the timetable as he promised . Michael is the face of NEXEL to me and he has never let me down.After receiving my protocol and meds and building a trust in Michael I decided to see if there was things Nexel could do to help improve the health of my wife sshe was contacted by Michael and he offered to put her in contact with a female advisor if she would be more comfortable with that she felt so comfortable with Michael she chose to use him . He offered her great advice and haz worked with her to meet her unique needs and made changes as needed for her.   I completely and without hesitation recommend Michael Zander as a medical advisor. Having been innedated with TV promotional and direct market emails regarding the subject of Anti Aging I spent the better part of a few months researching and learning and trying to weed through the “who really knows what they are doing”. I am so pleased with Michael’s honest, discreet way of providing my supplies. Going into my second year with Michael he has repeatedly proven himself as an expert in this field and always has my best interest at heart.
  
  In the early stages of entering the Anti Aging realm I had a lot of questions and found he made himself available almost 24/7. I would always get a follow up email and phone call from Michael to make sure I was clear on the information he provided.
  
  In my day to day lifestyle the therapy has helped me tremendiously and not surprisingly I have heard many stories from twi-team collegues as to how they were ripped off from other companies or sold a bunch of stuff they didn’t really need and would possibly be dangerous to their health.
  
  Realizing I am singing the praises of Michael Zander and everything I say is true. Since beginning the therapy Michael recommended for me I have slowly weaned off of a lot of different medications that my regular doctor so easily wrote prescriptions for and I feel great.   Michael gained my confidence early on with his knowledge and experience, and I appreciated his “soft sale” approach. He has been a great partner every step of the way during my therapy process, not only upfront in making the initial decisions, but has also been extremely responsive post-sale answering my many questions. You just don’t see that level of personalized customer support very often. It has been a pleasure working with him. Highly recommended.
