  I've been a member of Orange Theory now for 2 months and I absolutely love it. I enjoy the challenging nature of each workout, secretly competing against myself and other member's splat points and Coach Garrett's motivating personality. I usually attend the evening classes and am always pumped by the awesome music selection and ever changing workouts. I've seen improvements in my body as well as my run time in and out of the gym. Orange Theory has motivated me to push myself further than any other workout program I've tried in the past. Thank you OTF!!

  I love the heart monitor you wear during class. It helps to know where you are and it’s fun to “secretly” compete against the others in class. The report afterwards really motivates me to keep improving with each class. The classes are always challenging but fun!

  Clean and organized studio. The staff are friendly and flexible. Coach Chris is very alert and cares about customers. He roams around and checks our exercise positions and fix it if it is done wrong.

  Great studio. Super friendly staff, fantastic coaches. Studio is always clean and considering how much people workout in there it is always smelling good. For me it is very important since I am super sensitive to smell and cannot stand most of the gyms because of that exact reason. This studio is always "fresh", clean, and people always greet you with the smile. I am on a journey to loose weight after having two babies and not paying attention to myself for last 3 years, and coaches and staff in this studio are super friendly and make me feel good about myself. I am not at my best condition (to say the least), but never felt judged or looked down here (unfortunately I had unpleasant experience like that in other gyms). It is super easy to book sessions, very flexible schedule that will fit anybody's busy calendars, and by the end of each workout you can quickly get a report on your results, which is super nice and to certain degree motivational (you start competing with yourself ;-)). I really enjoy my hourly workout sessions and always looking forward to new one!
