It's so had for me to describe working with Michele. I imagine that this is what some people feel like when they do yoga.
I decided to sign up and try out gyrotonics with Michele when I met her at a health fair at work. I was able to check out the board used for the exercise. After a brief introduction to a few basic moves I felt amazing for the rest of the day.
Somehow this exercise makes me feel so relaxed and refreshed. It's amazing what it's doing to my psyche.
I've been going for 4 weeks now and I'm getting comments from random people at work about how good I look. So, I think that it's really helping with my projected energy, at the very least.
I'm definitely getting stronger in my core too - I have multiple days of sore muscles in different areas after each work out.
