  I worked with Jason Miller at the Somers Point location. He provided top notch service. He gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision about new phones for my kids and made sure I knew every step to follow to get them set up quickly and easily for my not very patient teenagers. Jason was professional, friendly and thorough. Even when we had a little glitch with the initial set up of one of the phones, he stayed after closing time to make sure it was corrected to my satisfaction. I appreciate Jason's level of detail and the excellent service.

  I never really had a good experience at any of the Verizon stores I have been to. I really appreciated the warm greeting from the sales team leader at this store. Dan served with purpose and care. I was extremely frustrated but Dan was patient with me took care of my needs. I walked out smiling. Thank you so much for being so patient with me and putting a smile on my face.

  The gentleman was very courteous and the staff was wonderful ,the person name was Dan Paek and he was the best sales person I ever had here at this store. And any where else , I will recommend all my friends and family come here. To the Somers Point store.I got my daughter her 1st phone and they helped her out a lot .

  Went back to the Somers Point location where I purchased my phone two years ago. Jordan was the associate who assisted me. He was absolutely spot on insuring all my needs as well as comprehension understanding my upgraded purchase was to my liking. He also took care of a situation that had to be cleared by my IT department at work to install a feature necessary for my work ability. I spent over two hours but it was well spent and l am extremely satisfied.
