  I had a good experience. I was here two years ago and had a horrible experience. The place is more well managed and co-ordinated today. Get their early get a number sit down and wait to be called. I was number 56
  and waited about 40 minutes to be called; directed to the right area then waited some more. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Your are amongst a diverse group of people many with complex issues, lots of people, lots of issues and a limited staff. Again, I found it a thousand percent better than two years ago. Go their prepared and with some patience and you'll get answers.
