A Big-Old Grey Brown Bear that involuntarily had been
Awakened from hibernation early, groggy and still tired.
Agitated, irritated, thirsty and still situationally confused

Awakened early? It's February? It's Winter? Still tired & Confused.
Agitated, groggy, hungry, irritated, still stammering, wondering...
"Why was I prematurely evacuated from hibernation?" shouts the Bear.
An Omnipotent 'Amish Barn' Owl, screams back thru the trees:
"???? GIVE A HOOT ♻ DO NOT POLLUTE ????!!!"
Startled and surprised the Bear shouts back:
"????Only You????Can Prevent????Forest Fires!!!????"
