Our almost new chaise lounge was damaged in a move. We were able to order the replacement fabric from Crate and Barrel, and I brought the lounge to Bak's Upholstery. The lounge was quickly reupholstered and it looked brand new! I highly recommend Bak's Upholstery...the service was excellent and everyone was extremely friendly.
I am so happy I chose Bak Upholstery! They recovered my large sleeper sofa, chaise and two chairs and they made leather cushions for my kitchen chairs. Their work is meticulous and they were able to finish my projects when I needed them. They are a pleasure to work with and texted me updates, so I knew what to expect. I recommend them highly!
We have had many pieces of furniture upholstered and none have compared to Baks Upholstery. I went to them regarding my sofa’s arm rests, which were chewed through by our dog. Baks offered the best price, so comparatively speaking, I wasn’t expecting them to outshine others on this job.Their intricate pleats (instead of rushed folds as others had done), applying the perfect amount of batting (rather than too little as others had done), and tightening the staples and piping just right...we will never go to another place. They are also professional and took the time to listen and deliver exactly what they promised.
Mr. Bak was wonderful! He was responsive to our very specific upholstery need. He listened to what we wanted and promptly came up with a great solution. The quality of the work was excellent, and the serviced was outstanding with personal care. I would give 10 stars if that were an option! They are the best.
